It really is foolproof except that it’s picky in what file formats it takes and the lack of native support for multiple video and audio tracks are a definite disadvantage (but there are workarounds).

First off, anime is the animated form of manga. Anime is also a lot of times based off of an already existing manga series, but, not always. You can’t exactly make an anime comic though, Sorry. 🙁

However, if you’re referring to making an anime series (to watch and not to read) Try starting with MS Paint if you use Windows, or any free drawing tool if you have one on your computer. Just make a drawing for every frame, having the character/object you are animating move inch by inch in each one. It’s kinda like how a flip book works. Then, put them together with Windows Movie Maker, or whatever you may have on your computer that works like it. If you don’t have those things, well, I do believe you’ll have to search for some software on the internet. There’s no escaping it.

If your referring to making a comic like manga, you can just start with a paper and pencil (after developing a plot and characters of course!) But if you want to do it digitally, once again, go to that MS Paint of whichever you have. If you don’t have them however, once again, I’m sorry, but there’s no escaping downloading and/or buying some software. I’ve heard that GIMP is free and safe, and pretty good as well.

If you do get some software form the internet, make sure the site is reliable and safe, and that the program is too!

I’m not quite sure about the answer to your question, but when I saw that you had downloaded iMesh I had to click on your question. First of all, it is illegal to download music from iMesh and many other music downloading websites. I, personally, am a music downloader myself and have used a site called limelinx.com to download my music, which then goes to iTunes (that will obviously only happen if you have downloaded iTunes). I have found limelinx to be very convenient and trustworthy, but I would suggest researching it more before you totally trust it. As far as iMesh, I must warn you that iMesh may be full of spyware and viruses. Just like everyone else who downloads music, I download my music in order to save money, but downloading iMesh has actually ended up making me spend money. Now that I have downloaded iMesh, it has totally taken over my internet, email, and whole computer. It gave me viruses and spyware. I called a computer guy about it and he said that I had to bring my laptop to the Geek Squad to get it fixed. So like I said, I don’t know the answer to your question, but as far as using iMesh, I had to let you know that it is potentially threatening to your computer. PEACE!

1. Whether you will get caught depends on what country you’re in. In some countries, no-one knows about these things, so you won’t ever get caught.
2. Torrent sites can be dangerous. If in doubt, google the name of the site and find out. The Pirate Bay (www.thepiratebay.org) is relatively safe.
3. All you need to do is be careful. (a) Before you do anything, install a firewall. Install a good anti-virus like Avast. (b) Set the protection to “high,” if you can. You can do so in Avast. (c) When you look at the torrent file, check the comments. If it’s bad, someone will already have posted something about it being bad. (d) After downloading the TORRENT file, scan it with your anti-virus. Then set uTorrent to download the file. (e) After the file you want is downloaded, scan that file with your anti-virus, too.
4. IF THE FILE (movie, or whatever) says that it needs a program to play… DON’T DOWNLOAD the program. Just delete the movie (or whatever). If you try and play it with Windows Media Player and it says it is downloading a security certificate, CLOSE WMP and delete the file.

There… You should be safe. All the world’s doing it, so why shouldn’t you? 🙂

Be careful when you try to download ipod movie from the free site.. As it is illegal and come with lot of virus and spyware which will crash your ipod.

I joined the member for ipod download site and it is legal and I get access to download ipod movie, music and video for the site. There is no extra fee except one time membership fee of $30+.

It happens now & again , but with the amount of people who download movies from torrent files, the chances of being traced are small.
Plus it costs them more to track people than it is worth, and a lot of people download from overseas where the laws on copyright are different, (eg the pirate bay, stagging time warner etc, the laws in Sweden where (or used to allow piracy, therefore they could do nothing! Lol.
Also keep in mind that one of the most populated sites on the web is a torrent site, so browse with caution, but don;t go mad haha!)

You’re not explicitly allowed to download off youtube, but if it’s been put into the public domain officially, such as a movie trailer, or a new music video, you’ll find the publishers might use youtube to promote it.

Obviously, if the publishers put it up to see, viewing it is legal, and downloading shouldn’t be a problem, infact you’ll find HD trailers from the apple website.

If these same files are on torrent sites, it shouldn’t be an issue, as it’s just distributing something already released to the public for no fee.

However, if the file is infact a DVD image, or a full computer game, i.e. Something that you’d otherwise have to pay for in a shop, and you’re downloading it, then it’s copyright theft. Which, while using the misnomer of ‘theft’, is not good behaviour.

The site itself is not illegal. Take isohunt.com for example. You can read about their legal case on their homepage. They’re current fighting a lawsuit. All the site does is index files that are being exchanged and allow you to find things you want. The torrent system is actually not a bad idea, and allows distributors of free content, i.e. Independent filmmakers have willingly distributed their films, for free, over bittorrent networks.

It’s only when you download something like say,,,, The Matrix, that wasn’t willingly given permission to be distributed by the owners of it(not someone with the DVD, the copyright owners, e.g. Warner Studios), that it is against the law.

Lime wire is perhaps the biggest virus distro site in the world. Free music isn’t free. You pay either with cash, with an advertisement ( like sony, coke, pepsi, etc) or with RISK. And the music on limewire does NOT contain the license to USE the music, just ask the girl three weeks ago twhose parents had to pay 3000 plus 10,000 in legal fees. Despit what you hear, limewire is not illegal, but downloading music, movies, programs from it IS
