Its answer is rather dificult. As long as i understand u are not talking about copyright problems but viruses. Illegal things normally include spywares, adwares or some sort of controllers (exe files). U come accross them when u download something from an “unsafe” site or when u browse a site with some popups asking u to either press the “ok” or “yes” button to jump in luky draw or win prize. They’ll never ask for permission. Its better to have some good antivirus software (Norton, McAfee etc), anti spywares (spyboot etc) or adwares (AdwareSE etc) installed on ur PC. A little background information, iPod Touches use a specific type of file for movies and videos. The mp4 or “mpeg-4” file is the select type. The following websites I am going to provide allow you to download free mp4 movies. All you have to do is click the given link, enter the 4 letter code (if it’s at megaupload.com), and download. I have found that all peer to peer file sharing networks are very slow and unsecure. With usenet, you can upload and download anonymously. The speeds with usenet put file sharing speeds to shame. I can download a 700MB program in about 10 to 20 minutes. Usenet-access.com gives me 2GB per day download/upload (bandwidth) limit and access to over 120,000 newsgroups. There are also some free usenet servers out there, but you’ll have to check. Sometimes these free servers put limits on downloads, access to binary files, or just let you view text files.

Searching, downloading, and combing files on usenet can be very confusing, so I use NewsRover software (www.newsrover.com). It has a search feature to search all of the newsgroups and combine available files. Downloading is super easy, safe, secure, and best of all FAST!. This is something we have all wanted to do ever since Apple released video-capable iPods. Here’s a couple of popular ways to get them onto your iPod.

1. ITunes Store
If you already have iTunes (if not, download at site below), you have access to the iTunes Store (below ‘radio’ on the sidebar). From here you can link up a credit card or purchase iTunes Gift Cards (from the Apple Store) to download songs ($0.99), movies ($12.99), tv shows/music videos ($1.99), podcasts (free), and more. 2. Handbrake

First Step: Video Editing Program

First off every computer has some type of basic video editing program. If you have a Windows XP computer you should have windows movie maker.

You can find your windows movie maker in C:/Program Files/Windows Movie Maker/ or something like that. If you still cannot find it, just go to your start browser and search for “Windows Movie Maker”.

First when you open it up, you should learn about your workspace. The picture below explains simply where everything is located in WMM.

II. Syncing – The one thing that you should do is sync! You can match the song with the theme of the video. For example, Allstar (Smashmouth) would be a happy/funny themed amv, so use happy/funny clips. Another way to sync is lyric syncing. This means you match the words of the song with the video. Syncing is all on the user and the program cannot do it for you.

III. Transition – This is moving from one clip to the next basically. You can have different transitions such as fading, a white flash or anything of the sort. Basically its the flow of your amv to keep it going.
