Unlikely, but always possible. Jailbreaking in itself is not illegal – downloading movies via limewire or something IS, however – and while it’s unlikely that you’d get caught, there have been court cases of being getting whacked with RIDICULOUS fines for pirating stuff (I seem to recall a 16 year old girl getting fined a couple million dollars for supposedly sharing a dozen songs or something like that) – I believe the fine is up to 75000 per instance of pirated stuffs.

It is legal if you run it through a site called isohunt.com but you also have to make the stream downloadable.
The site is run through Canada and they dont have the same Copyright laws USA does. I go through isohunt.com and its very safe and secure. And you can put a link on your site for people to click and be taken to isohunt.

You will HAVE TO pay. However, there are ways you can download that is someone legal. You can use www.wittyspaces.com, which uses direct downloads such as Rapidshare and Megaupload. These are private so are not considered illegal. HD movies will cost you anywhere from $15-$30, so i’m not sure if its that important to you. If worse comes to worse, you can use Netflix, which is kind of expensive now since they raised the blu-ray prices up 20%.

Even tho there are ways to download free movies it is illegal to.I would say that 90% of places that offer free movies will give you some kind of a virus,And in the end is that really worth it? Most of the sites give megaupload link to download movies if you dont know how to download from it follow the below instruction
The Megaupload site will start with a 45 second timer counting down in the upper right hand corner.

Just before the 45 seconds is up a “Flash” ad will drop down and block the view. Close the ad by clicking the X in its upper right hand corner.

The box where the counter was will then display “Click here to download”.

Click in that box which then will change to say “Loading download” and wait for a Windows (or other operating system) dialog box to pop up on your screen that prompts you to download the file with a selection to “Open”, “Save” or “Cancel” button. Click the “Save” button and then the download will begin.

Earlier, while I was checking to see if the Megaupload site was working it took about 10 minutes (perhaps longer) before the “Open”, “Save” or “Cancel” button popped up for me for some reason. Usually it works almost instantly; often it requires patience.

The Megaupload site only allows 1 (maybe 2) downloads at a time from a IP address. The site blocks more attempts than that.

Try it and use which you are comfortable with.
