You can download LIMEWIRE and when its ready click search and then type the song and then download it when it is done downloading go to my computer and then click on local hard disk and then go to documents and setting and go to your folder and then go to a folder called shared after you did that copy that music and then go to i-tunes and then go to file and then to import then go to my documents on the import window and go to my music then to a folder called i-tunes then to a folder called i-tunes music then make a new folder and open it and then put paste and the song that you copied should be there and then put open and then sync it and there it is =]
