Hello,
Any site that offers movie downloads for free is illegal, since movies are copyrighted material. There is a site I use that charges a membership fee but then you can download unlimited movies. I think they allow Paypal if you don’t want to use a credit card. I have used the site for a while and it has been working very good. Here is a link:

None that are up yet that you don’t put a virus on your computer yet.
All of them so far you have to so called fill out a survey to watch, and when you fill in the survey you still can’t watch it.
Give it a few more days and it will be everywhere.
Usually after a week there are tons of HQ videos up.
Check www.movie25.com once the 17th come along.
Youtube has the first 20 minutes of the movie on it,
but that’s it.

well i installed it for several times until now, but when i open everytime my movie maker still it doesn’t have any video effects. how was that?

There’s no such thing as “downloadable video effects and transitions” for windows movie maker, plain, or LIVE versions, period.
Windows Movie Maker version 2.1 (good), BUT, it’s NOT the same as Windows “Live” Movie Maker 2011 (no good, yuck), but both are free downloads from Microsoft.
Which one are you ACTUALLY using???
If WLMM, switch to WMM 2.1. Download it here:
Then, un-install WLMM, REBOOT, and then install WMM 2.1.
If WMM, make sure you have the latest version.
