Is there a legal free download of Sims 2 anywhere?

No. You want to have it the legal way, you have to buy it. There are no legal free downloading sites, all of them such as limewire will be illegal. The games doesn’t cost that much, less then 50 bucks, see for yourself

Where can I get completly free downloads?

This is the site I get my music from, they have 1000’s of tunes, its free and legal. There is no software to download and they have all the latest music. You can preview tracks without having to download them first. All music is available as MP3 so they are compatible with all MP3 players and you can burn them and make music CD’s.

What is a torrent and if it is a movie torrent how do i put it on iTunes for my iPod?
I downloaded a .torrent from a website and want to put it in iTunes and then on my iPod. How do i do this??

A torrent is more than just the .torrent file. It’s a whole concept of downloading. Instead of getting the file from a server (like normal), it uses peer-to-peer technology. To download the actual contents of the torrent (legal or not), you need a torrent client, like uTorrent (http://www.utorrent.com/)
After that, you will need to use a converter to save it to your iPod, like the instructions at the Apple web site. Or you can use your favorite converter, such as VLC. (links at the bottom).

Legally you cannot download the books for “free” as they’re copyrighted. However, there are sites that take books and scan them and allow you to read them. Most of these sites are not legal or use books that are old enough to be in the public domain. The Star Wars books are not public domain yet though, so you’re going to have to buy them.

You could also try Torrent sites but I doubt you’re going to find many e-books as most people trade pr0n (porn), movies and music and not literature.

They are trying to stop people from (illegally ONLY) downloading music and movies etc, which is taking money away from the people who created them. I for one am with congress on this one. Think about how many pedophiles will be caught once this is put into place. Child porn sites/pictures/movies etc will be no longer! People need to think about these children and stop being selfish. If you want music and legal movies then go to the store and buy them. If you’re not doing anything wrong on the internet,then you have nothing to worry about.
