Your local library will have access to hundreds of thousands of ebooks, printed books, audio books, music, ,movies… You name it, they can get it. Some popular titles will involve a short wait, but hey, it’s free AND legal, so that’s just how it goes.

There are quite a number of site able to help you to do so.. Like limewire and bearshare, which is free but it is illegal and lot of virus on the song downloaded, which will crash your system easily.

How Do you burn movies onto a cd for free.?

Burning or Downloading? One is legal… One is not… One can be done with the other, but not vice versa. =)
To burn: use Windows XP’s built in burning feature to just burn data files. If you want them to play on DVD or VCD players, download the LAST FREEWARE version of VCDEasy, and use the free version of TMPGEnc.
1. Convert using TMPGEnc to MPEG1 VCD standard format.
2. Burn the subsequent files using VCDEasy.
If you have source WMV files, you may need VirtualDub to convert before TMPGEnc.
