I don’t think that there are any places you can do that legally. If they catch you, you can get a fine, a huge fine like 50,000 dollars or more.
I saw on the news a while ago that some of the movie people are going to offer paid downloads of their movies, so you might want to begin your search there. It is not much, but it is a place to start. I would NOT recommend that you try to download it for free anyplace because you will be breaking the copyright laws, and I also saw on the news that they are going to start going after people who download one or two songs and not just go after the ones that download a lot of them.

Okay, I don’t want to download iTunes as it sends roots and monitoring bots all over your PC but I want to be able to download music WITHOUT DRM and without the company spying on my online activites or music and movie habits. Any suggestions on sites where to buy music downloads in this way?
