There are several ways, the best way I would suggest is to sign up for a month at Rapidshare then just google “>>movie titles<< Rapidshare" then find some links and click them, should download very fast although it will cost you the month subscription. Also if you are downloading more than one file I advise getting the rapidshare manager.
Alternatively, a free but more risky method is to use torrents, it's more risky and less reliable because you cannot download without uploading and uploading movies or software that doesnt belong to you can get you in trouble, you also have to rely on somebody else uploading the movie you want at the time you are trying to download.

I have been using Limewire for years now and because I know what files I can download or not, I never had a virus. The point is, that Limewire does not have viruses, but limewire can give you a virus, because the person using limewire is downloading the wrong kind of files.
There are a lot of fake (dummy) files in p2p programs like limewire, frostwire.
Those dummy files are not songs but viruses.
When you do a search for music, you always see a lot of those very small files, They can’t be a song or movie, Too small, so it is very likely, that those small files are the fake files.
Start you downloads with files larger than 2500/300km, have your anti virus up to date. Just in case a virus slips through.

P2P programs are great for music, You can of course download movies, but I would be a little more careful.
Software you should defenately not download, special software with crack, serial or keyreg.

First the subject of safety: You must have an antivirus installed either you work or not with torrents. At the beginning you should scan every file you download before opening it (installing or playing it). As time goes by you will know which ones you do not have to worry about.
Second what about Limewire: I’ve never used it but it should be as good or bad as any other meanig you have about same chances to find what you want there than in other places like Mininova (http://www.mininova.org/) or The Pirate Bay (http://www.thepiratebay.org/). I have heard that Limeware is mainly for music but there is other stuff like movies, games, etc.
Third, how to download (music or anything else): You need a torrent program to perform the downloading. My suggestion is uTorrent 1.8.1 version (http://www.utorrent.com/download.php). Download and install. Do not change any of the default settings until you know more. Go to one of the sites I gave you above (The Pirate Bay), in the search option of the program type the name of the song or artist or both, select the checkbox for “Audio”, click the “Pirate Search” button. It will display all the music related to your search. Select one of them (better if it has comments from people that have downloaded it already), now you see a description of the file (s). If you want it click “Download this torrent”, the site will prompt you for the next action (Open or save). If uTorrent is the only p2p program you have installed just click “Open”. From here uTorrent will do the rest to download it. When the download is 100%, right click in the uTorrent window and select “Open containig folder…”, it will take you to where you have this file and now scan it and if it is safe open it (play it) with your media player.
There is a lot more to torrents but I’ll give you a few more to consider:
1. For music (for now) select files in the mp3 format.
2. Select torrent files (for now) less than 100 MB size. Bigger means longer download times (of course it depends in many factors too).
3. Select torrent files with as many seeder as possible. A seeder is a person that has 100% of the file. Leechers are people with fractions of the file – you are one leecher until you have 100% of the file.
4. Seed after full download at least until you have a ratio of 1 meaning you downloaded 100MB file and you uploaded at least until you did 100MB. If people do not seed, other people can not get the file.
