Alright, it’s not illegal to download movies and music on torrent sites, it’s only illegal if you try to resell them from other sites or on blank discs, etc… So that shouldn’t be a problem.
If you want to hide your IP, you can go to a proxy site (such as vtunnel.com) and go to a torrent site that way.

First, download and install utorrent in your computer. Go to google and search it. Dont worry utorrent is safe to use.
After installing, go to google search the movie you want to download (eg. The strangers + torrent). It will direct you the sites where you can download those torrents. Read first the comments before downloading. Check also how many seeders. The more number of seeds, the faster you can download it. You can also directly go to isohunt.com or mininova.com. Those are safe sites where you can get some torrents.
After downloaing the torrent, open utorrent. Click file then add torrent. Choose the torrent you download. Then jus wait until it will finish downloading.
