Your Questions About Movie Download Sites That Are Safe

Susan asks…

How to create a sims 2 series?

I really want too, but he problem is I don’t know what software to use and all. .Can you tell me how you record your own video’s,how you make it clear, what software do you use to record the your videos? Also, how do you make their mouth move and they are standing still or sitting down on the chair. How to add words when they are talking. Any advice or tips will be great?

admin answers:

Their should be tons of tutorials on youtube stating how. Sense i am a sims 2 director myself i will give you these tips.

– DON’T use windows movie maker, it dosen’t give you a lot of options, i mean you could use it but i would recommend for you not to.
– Download Sony vegas, There’s tons of tutorials on youtube for that. Or just download a tiral and look for the serial keys online.
– Download safe, and necessary custom content. From sites like modthesims2.com, lianasims.net, and more. Just search “sims 2 custom content downloads” and just browse and download
– come up with you’re own ideas, and a nice plot, like teens or such?
– Download parameters, if you don’t know what it is it’s a smooth camera angle, that really makes filming look good
– Or DOWNLOAD fraps, a good quality recorder to use .
– And Use Cheats Like Plumbbobtoggle off to make the diamond above the sim go away, use showheadlines off to make the speech bubbles disappear.
– To go in “camera man mode” or “filming mode” press TAB.

Good Luck. (:

Why does it take so long for Windows to shut down or restart?

Every time I go to restart or shutdown my computer it gets to the blue screen that says shutting down and then it stays on that screen for like 10 to 15 minutes or sometimes longer. I am running Windows 7 Ultimate. Also I usually always have my computer 24 hours a day, I just shut it down or restart every now and then or when I have too, I don’t know if this matters just thought I would mention. Thanks!

admin answers:

Cleaning the registry may shave micro seconds off of start up/shut down, but it’s not worth the effort!

Log on as an Administrator.

First delete/un-install all programs/applications/games you no longer use (especially those you have disks for).

Burn/copy to CD/DVD/flash drive any and all music/pictures/movie files, verify they copied successfully and delete the originals.

Download install and run Ccleaner…
Http://www.ccleaner.com/

Run Disk Cleanup (Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools) check/tick all boxes, they’re all safe to remove.

Run Disk Defragmenter (Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools)

1.Open Control Panel>System and Maintenance>System.

2.In the left “Tasks”, click on ‘Advanced System Settings’.

3.Click the “Advanced” tab. In “Performance” section, click on ‘Settings’ button.

4.Click on ‘Advanced’ tab.

5.In the “Virtual Memory” section, click on ‘Change’ button.

6.By default, “Automatically manage paging file size for all drives” setting is selected so that Windows Vista system can manage the paging file without user’s interruption. If you want change the paging file size, uncheck the check box of Automatically manage paging file size for all drives.

7.Select and highlight the appropriate drive that users want to change the paging file settings under the box of “Drive [Volume Label]“ Usually ‘C:’.

8.To fix a permanent size for the paging file, click on Custom size button, and set the values of Initial Size 4095 (MB) and Maximum Size 4095 (MB). To make the size of pagefile.sys static. Then click on Set button.

Click Start>Run and type

msconfig
(or type it in the search bar)

and press Enter/Return. Click the Startup tab and uncheck anything that’s not needed at startup.

Go to this site to check which services can be safely stopped/removed…

Jenny asks…

How do I add more transitions for Windows Movie Maker?

So I’m working on a video, but WMM doesn’t have the transition I want! I have Windows 7 on my laptop, I just got my laptop last August. But is there a FREE, SAFE site that I can download more transitions off of? I really want to make this video nice.

Please, can you guys give me some clear answers? I’m kinda computer illiterate, but I learn fast.
I’m not sure what version I have, how can you tell?
And another thing- How do I get the transition onto WMM?

admin answers:

What version of Movie Maker are you using? V2011 or v2012.

You can download v2011 transitions (called animations) from The FX Archive. It’s a safe site maintained by the bunch of brilliant Movie Maker experts who make all the extras displayed on the site.
You can watch a Demo of the transition and then download. Just click on them to install.

Because Microsoft is no longer freely sharing the code for Movie Maker, there are few extras for the Windows Live versions than there are for the XP and Vista versions. What additional transitions and effects there are for WLMM are due to the dedication and hard work (and big brains) of these guys who are working out the code for the extras by trial and error.

If you like transitions, you should try the Vista version of Movie Maker. I’m a transition-aholic and love the transitions for that program.
